How it works

Three steps for staff and a clear flow for the customer

Install the agent

Download the Windows agent onto the salon’s PC and activate it once with a license code from the dashboard.

Download MSI

Start a customer session

One click reveals two QR codes: the old phone scans the first, the new phone scans the second. Nothing to install on the iPhone.

Hand over the PDF act

The customer sees live progress; on session end the app generates a PDF act with transfer counters. Print, sign, done.

How devices connect in the store

Both customer phones and the staff PC join the salon Wi-Fi. Data moves between the phones through SmenaFon on the PC — locally inside the shop network, not uploaded to the cloud.

No USB cable between the two phones is required — Wi-Fi and the PC agent are enough.

Local transfer

Both phones connect to the salon’s Wi-Fi and the customer opens a page from a QR code. File contents never reach the SmenaFon server — it only handles licensing and technical counters.

PDF acceptance act

Each session produces a PDF act with transfer counters — it closes disputes and turns transfers into a clear paid service for the salon.

Kiosk mode

Big QR codes and clear steps on the salon screen: staff guides the customer, the customer watches progress in real time.

Per-seat subscription

Pay for the number of salon PCs you actually use. The dashboard shows licenses, sessions and your subscription period.

Privacy by design

Customer data never goes to the SmenaFon cloud
