Run the agent on your PC
Download SmenaFon Home for Windows, paste the activation code and click Start. Two QR codes appear on screen.

Scan the QR codes on both phones
Old phone scans the first QR (opens the upload page in Safari/Camera), new phone scans the second. Photos, videos and contacts move directly over your home Wi-Fi.
