iPhone guide
No app needs to be installed on the iPhone. Just Safari and access to the store Wi-Fi.
Sending data from the old iPhone
- 1 Connect the customer's iPhone to the store Wi-Fi.
- 2 Open Safari and scan the first QR code shown on the agent screen (the Windows app).
- 3 Select photos / videos / contacts — transfer runs over local Wi-Fi, no cloud involved.
Receiving data on a new iPhone
- 1 Open Safari on the new iPhone and scan the second QR code.
- 2 Files download to the Files app; contacts import via the standard iOS system dialog.
