Transfer files from phone to computer

SmenaFon Agent on Windows receives files from the phone via browser QR. In stores: save to PC first, then push to the new phone — or hand the client a USB copy.

Store workflow

Start a “receive on PC only” session: client scans QR in Safari or Chrome and uploads media. Files land in the session folder on Windows. Then transfer to the new phone or copy to USB.

iPhone → Windows

Safari opens the send page from the agent QR. Photos, Files app exports and VCF contacts supported. HEIC/Live Photo saved as originals or JPG per session settings.

Android → Windows

Chrome picks folders and media like phone→phone transfer. Speed depends on PC hotspot (typically 30–80 MB/s).

Alternatives
