Transfer data from iPhone to iPhone
Quick Start or iCloud covers most iPhone upgrades. SmenaFon fits when you need one store workflow for iPhone↔Android or the client will not sign into iCloud on a shop PC.
Method 1: Quick Start
Turn on the new iPhone next to the old one and follow “Transfer from iPhone”. Both devices need iOS 12.4+, ~50% battery, Bluetooth on. Takes 20–60 minutes.
Method 2: iCloud backup
Settings → [name] → iCloud → Back Up Now on the old phone; restore on the new phone during setup. Needs Wi‑Fi and iCloud storage.
Method 3: Mac/PC via Finder or iTunes
Encrypted local backup and restore when Quick Start is unavailable or you need an archive.
When stores use SmenaFon
iPhone→Android (or reverse) cannot use Quick Start. SmenaFon moves photos, contacts and files over local Wi‑Fi in the browser — no App Store install on the client iPhone.
