Why standard options fail in store

Google Photos and iCloud need accounts and internet. USB-C ↔ Lightning needs a cable. Bluetooth is slow for hundreds of photos. SmenaFon needs none of these.

Android → iPhone flow

The Windows agent creates a local session. Android opens the upload QR in Chrome; iPhone opens the second QR in Safari and downloads from the same local folder. All traffic stays on Wi-Fi.

What transfers

Photos and videos, contacts as VCF, documents and other files. Messenger chats and SMS are out of scope — handled by Android or third-party apps.
